CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, S.C. — A person has died after crashing into a tree early Saturday morning in Chesterfield County, police said.
Troopers said the driver veered off the Market Street Extension near Teals Mill Road and hit a tree just after 1:30 a.m.
The driver's identity is unknown at this point.
No one else was in the car, according to troopers.
