YORK COUNTY, S.C. — A person has died in a crash after driving off the road and hitting a tree Sunday morning in York County, troopers said.
The crash happened around 7:45 a.m. on Cary Estate Drive near Hall Spencer Road just south of Rock Hill.
The driver was confirmed dead at the scene.
Officials said the driver was driving north on Cary Estate Drive when they drove off the left side of the road and into a tree.
The driver has not been identified at this point.
