CHARLOTTE — Another big real estate deal tied to the Carolina Panthers has been the topic of chatter on the web this week. This nearly $5.4 million residential sale involves David Tepper, the owner of the NFL franchise as well as Charlotte’s soon-to-debut Major League Soccer club, and, in an interesting twist, a former Panthers coach.
