Masks must be worn in indoor spaces of Bank of America Stadium, Panthers say

CHARLOTTE — The Carolina Panthers have issued a mask rule of their own ahead of Charlotte’s indoor mask mandate that begins Wednesday.

In a statement, the team announced all guests and staff are required to wear a mask in indoor spaces at Bank of America Stadium, including the indoor concourses on the 300 and 400 levels.

Face coverings are not required outdoors.

The stadium will have masks available at all entrance points, as well as guest relations and security booths.

In line with guidance from public health officials, the Panthers ask that guests who are not fully vaccinated wear a mask in all areas.

The stadium will continue to use its other 2020 COVID-19 safety measures, including cashless transactions, mobile ticketing, enhanced cleaning procedures and hand sanitizer stations throughout the stadium.
