CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Carolina Panthers announced on Tuesday that team president Tom Glick is stepping aside, and former chief financial officer Kristi Coleman will take over the role.
Coleman has been with the Panthers for eight years and was director of finance before becoming CFO in 2019. Glick had been with the team since 2018.

Nick Kelly, previously president of Charlotte Football Club, will now become CEO of Tepper Sports and Entertainment. Kelly brings 15 years of experience in sports and entertainment marketing, including working as vice president of partnerships, culture and community at Anheuser-Busch InBev.
Completing the series of executive changes, Joe LaBue has been named president of Charlotte FC, and Nicole Tepper has been named chief administrative officer of Tepper Sports and Entertainment.

“Nick, Kristi, Joe, and Nicole are talented, passionate executives, and I look forward to continuing to work closely with them as we strengthen our organization and build winning teams for our fans,” owner David Tepper said in a news release. “We thank Tom for his many contributions to the organization and wish him and his family the best.”
