CRAMERTON, N.C. — Cramerton Police are investigating at a Norfolk Southern Train hit and killed someone.
The incident happened just after 10 p.m. Saturday on the tracks along Mayflower Avenue in Cramerton near Woodlawn and 8th Avenues.
Officials say the train stopped after hitting the person and called the police to tell them what happened.
The name of the victim has not been released.
The situation surrounding the event is still unclear at this time.
