MOORESVILLE, N.C. — The once conjoined twins from Mooresville celebrated their first birthdays while they recover at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Erin and Abby Delaney were joined at the top of their heads.
They were successfully separated in June.
Their hospital room in Philadelphia is covered in birthday cards. People from all over the country sent cards to the two little girls.
The two girls are in stable condition, but the family is waiting to give an official update on their recovery.
