An investigation by the State Law Enforcement Division, the State Fire Marshal's Office, the York County Fire Marshal's Office and the York County coroner determined that Morgan intentionally set fire to the mobile home in the Apple Valley Mobile Home Park.
Joshua Hill, Morgan's 14-month-old half-brother, died in the home as a result of the fire, detectives said.
"It's tragic that such a young life was lost in this fire. Our prayers go out to the family of Joshua Hill," Sheriff Bruce Bryant said. "This case has been hard on our deputies and the volunteer firefighters who tried so desperately to save Joshua's life."
