CHARLOTTE, N.C. — This New York City ramen concept has found a second home in Charlotte.
Bow Ramen has expanded its portfolio with SARU — its first food venue outside of New York City — located at Camp North End.

That 385-square-foot food stall has a feel similar to a Nagahama-style ramen shop.
“Charlotte is known in the restaurant industry as a developing food city. It’s been on our radar for awhile, and we really wanted to expand our business here,” said Shintaro Yamada, co-owner.
