'It really touched my heart': NC boys stop to honor American flag

ROSEBORO, N.C. — Two North Carolina boys' heartwarming display of patriotism has gone viral.

According to WFMY-TV, Roseboro Fire Department Chaplain Bobby Herring was raising the American flag over the fire station Friday when the boys stopped, placed their hands on their hearts and began to say the Pledge of Allegiance.

"It really touched my heart," said Herring, who snapped a photo of the moment and posted it on Facebook.
