Since 2010, the restaurant was known for raising money to feed people who could not afford it.
The not-for-profit restaurant also offered job and life skills training sessions in a collaboration with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Dream Center.
All employees have been offered jobs within the Noble Food and Pursuits company.
