CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The developer of the massive Camp North End project north of uptown Charlotte is laying out plans for the next phase of the project.

A filing with the city says a portion of an existing building will be demolished to make way for, eventually, 202 apartments and a parking garage. The remaining part of that building, which will become 701 Keswick Ave., will be upfitted and adaptively reused for office space, according to notes filed with the permit.
