CHARLOTTE — The North Carolina Department of Transportation announced outages affecting several state agencies on Saturday.
NCDOT announced that all NC Division of Motor Vehicles online services and kiosks are down as of Saturday around 11:30 a.m.
Services were restored around 1 p.m.
