RALEIGH — North Carolina’s inauguration has been canceled due to this weekend’s expected inclement weather.
Gov. Josh Stein’s inaugural committee says they will explore options to reschedule the celebratory block party.
Stein will still deliver an inaugural address but it will be virtual.
