CHARLOTTE, N.C. — This South End project has its first tenants.
The Avenues at Atherton — formerly The Pavilion at South End— has signed Denver's Snooze AM Eatery and L.A.-based Silverlake Ramen at that 31,000-square-foot strip shopping complex.
It's the first East Coast location for Silverlake Ramen; Snooze is doubling down on the Charlotte market after opening in Plaza Midwood in June.
Rockbox Fitness and Polished Nail Bar also will join the roster at 2041 South Boulevard.
The announcement marks Polished's return to the center. The longtime tenant was displaced by ongoing renovations.
