CHARLOTTE, N.C. — National homebuilder M/I Homes is set to begin on another community in the Charlotte region, where home prices will start at the $300,000 price point.
The builder plans to add 125 homes on a 50.5-acre site near the corner of West Unionville-Indian Trail and Poplin roads in Indian Trail, said Alan Beulah, vice president of sales and marketing for M/I Homes in Charlotte, in an email. The site is about 22 miles southeast of uptown Charlotte in Union County.
