CHARLOTTE — It appears that NASCAR is considering moving its operations of NASCAR Productions out of uptown Charlotte.
On May 12, Concord City Council will consider incentives for the relocation of NASCAR Productions operations to a new facility in Concord. City documents state that NASCAR is considering building a new technology center at West Winds Business Park to house the operations. The Concord facility would be 58,000 square feet and neighbor the existing NASCAR Research and Development Center.
