CHARLOTTE — Texas-based developer Aspen Heights Partners has broken ground on what will be a 12-story multifamily community on the edge of South End.
Construction started this month on Mint & Morehead, a development that will have 393 one- and two-bedroom units, Aspen said in a news release. The project will include a five-story parking deck and more than 12,000 square feet of amenities, such as an elevated courtyard and fifth-floor swimming pool, an indoor/outdoor sky lounge, a two-story clubhouse and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
