LINCOLNTON, N.C. — Lincoln County deputies said Katlyn Marie Combs, 23, has been found safe after being reported missing more than a month ago.
Deputies initially went to a home in the 800 block of Old Lincolnton Crouse Road to investigate a missing person.

They spoke with Tammy Holcomb, who advised them her stepdaughter had been missing.
Holcomb said Combs left around 5 p.m. Nov. 19 to go to dinner. She left with a white male driving a full-size white pickup truck.
Detectives issued a statement asking for the public’s help in locating her on Thursday. On Friday, they said she was found safe and has returned home.
