CHARLOTTE — Mezeh Mediterranean Grill has landed a spot at One South in uptown Charlotte.

The fast-casual restaurant plans to open a 1,783-square-foot location at that 40-story tower this spring. It’s at Trade and Tryon streets.

Expect Mezeh to cater to a variety of dietary needs, from vegan and gluten-free to Keto. The menu is built around high-quality ingredients.

“Our menu is simple: made with fresh, all-natural ingredients, with bold seasonings and 100% olive oil,” says Saleh Mohamadi, owner.

He founded the brand in northern Virginia in 2013 with friends Tai Chiao and Steve Walker.
