CHARLOTTE — New tenants have signed on to Metropolitan in midtown, as part of an ongoing revamp at the center. Yulia’s Ice Cream and Removery have signed deals for the mixed-used development and lifestyle shopping center.
Locally-owned Yulia’s is a woman-owned ice cream concept. This 718-square-foot location, set to open in early 2023, marks the first brick-and-mortar location for the brand.

Removery has snagged 2,255 square feet for its location, which is expected to open in December. It is a specialized provider of tattoo removal services, utilizing Candela’s state-of-the-art PicoWay lasers.
