CLEVELAND COUNTY, N.C. — Two people were arrested when a meth lab was found in the basement of a Cleveland County home Thursday night.

Deputies said the owners of the house on Polkville Road were unaware of methamphetamine being made in their home.

Tony Wilmarth Cargo, 38, and Robin Plummer, 50, are charged with manufacturing meth in their home, according to our partners at the Shelby Star. They were also on probation for drug convictions.
