CHARLOTTE — A person was killed and another was seriously hurt Monday afternoon in a crash in southeast Charlotte, MEDIC said.
Chopper 9 Skyzoom flew over the scene just before 3:30 p.m. on Providence Road at Cloister Drive.
According to paramedics, one person was confirmed dead at the scene. A second person was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Authorities have not said what led to the crash. Channel 9 is working to learn additional information.
