DAVIDSON, N.C. — Police were investigating a serious crash in Davidson early Friday morning.
Officers responded to the wreck just before 8 a.m. on Shearer Road at Fisher Road.
Paramedics said the driver of a van crashed into a tree and was flown to the hospital with a serious leg injury.
It was still unclear what caused the crash.
