CHARLOTTE — Even though summer break is just months away, Meck Pre-K is planning for the next school year.
As Meck Pre-K enters its sixth year, applications have reopened for its preschool program for the 2023–2024 school year. To be eligible to apply, children need to be four years old on or before August 31, 2023, and live in Mecklenburg County.
The program is spread across the county, with 40 licensed development centers serving 1,800 children.
