CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Changes are coming for property revaluation in Mecklenburg County.
County Chair George Dunlap said after this round of revaluations, the process will take place every four years instead of every eight.
The county is sending revaluation estimates to property owners later this month. Bills will come later in the year.
