WASHINGTON — Former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows has received immunity to testify under oath against former President Donald Trump, ABC News is reporting.

Meadows was charged with violating Georgia’s RICO Act and solicitation of a violation of oath by a public officer back in August.

Sources told the network that Meadow told special counsel Jack Smith’s team that he repeatedly told Trump the allegations of voting fraud in the 2020 election were baseless.

Meadows met with Smith’s team at least three times, including once before a federal grand jury, ABC News reports.
