YORK COUNTY, S.C. — A serial peeping Tom will spend three more years in prison. Travis Cousar has already been convicted of the same crime three times before.
Couser pleaded guilty Wednesday in York County to two counts of peeping from incidents where he was caught looking into the homes of two women in Rock Hill in 2017.
Cousar has been a suspect in more than 25 peeping cases and has continued his behavior each time he's released from prison.
For the first time, his sentence included screening as a possible sexually violent predator. If he's found to be one, he could stay in prison indefinitely.
