CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating a homicide after a man was found shot Sunday night outside a home in north Charlotte.

Officers were called around 10:30 p.m. to the scene on Jennings Street, just off Lasalle Street, and found Adam Truesdale suffering from several gunshots.
He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators said Truesdale, 54, was standing in a driveway with another person when he was shot.
Witnesses told detectives that a car drove up and someone inside fired the shots.
Police do not have a good description of the car or the suspect.
