Police said the indecent exposure incident happened 4 p.m. Tuesday on Dallas-High Shoals Highway near Dallas.
"I did have my daughter here with me sometimes and that's scary,” resident Rocio Castro said. “She's only 10-years old."
They said the suspect was sitting in a four-door, silver Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck at the time.
"Definitely going to be keeping an eye out, making sure everything is locked up when I leave and while I’m there," Castro said.
Police are warning people to be on alert. Anyone with information is asked to call (704) 866-3320.
"It's going be hard just to point out who it was, but I'm definitely going to keep an eye out," Castro said.
