CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police said a man was hit by a school bus along Central Avenue in east Charlotte Wednesday afternoon.
Officers said it appears a bike was involved in the crash that happened around 2:30 p.m.
School officials said seven students were on the bus at the time of the accident but were not hurt.
Channel 9 was told the man who was hit should recover.
No other details about what caused the accident were released.
