Man found dead in living room of Iredell County home, deputies say

IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — A man was found dead Thursday afternoon in the living room of his Iredell County home.

Deputies said they responded around 2:30 p.m. to reports of a death at a home on Damron Lane in Harmony.

According to officials, the first deputy to arrive on the scene walked up to the home and could see 35-year-old Aaron Holland dead in the living room. No one else was inside.

Investigators said Holland did not die of natural causes and ruled his death a homicide.

No arrests have been made.
