CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man accused of killing his fiancée more than a year ago will face a judge Monday.
Karlos Holmes is charged in connection with the murder of Tiffany Claiborne.

Police found Claiborne dead in her bathtub with a hair dryer at the home the two shared on Trotters Ridge Road in Charlotte.
At the time, investigators called Claiborne's death suspicious.

Officers arrested Holmes last week.
