CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The man convicted of killing Michael Jordan's father is again asking for a new trial.
Daniel Green was in court in Lumberton this week. He cited misconduct by police, prosecutors and jurors.
Green admitted he helped dump James Jordan's body in a South Carolina swamp in 1993, but said he did not kill Jordan.
His attorneys blame another man who was also convicted of murder. They're both serving a life sentence.
