CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man exposed himself and performed lewd acts on a flight from New York to Charlotte last week, according to an affidavit filed Monday.
Arthur David Fischer, 40, is charged with violating aircraft laws.
In the affidavit, an FBI task force officer describes an incident which happened on an afternoon flight from Laguardia Airport in New York to Charlotte Douglas International Airport on Aug. 25.
A witness, who was seated in the same row as Fischer, told investigators she awoke to see Fischer "put his hands in his pants” and expose himself.
Federal court records show a warrant has been issued for Fischer's arrest. An initial court appearance has not been scheduled.
