Police said Martin was traveling south on E. WT Harris Boulevard when Wallace attempted to turn left onto E. WT Harris Boulevard from Delta Crossing Lane to head northbound. Wallace then drove into the path of the motorcycle, and it struck the left side of the SUV.
After police investigated, Wallace was charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle. He was also issued a citation for unsafe movement following his arrest.
Authorities believe neither driver was impaired.
No other details have been released at this point.
