ROCK HILL, S.C. — A man was arrested Wednesday morning in connection with assault on a Rock Hill officer.
Lt. Tony Breeden approached an empty car Nov. 24 at the Kangaroo Express on Tinsley Way.
The man came out of the store and was talking with the officer when the man drove forward and slammed into the officer’s patrol car.
Rock Hill police arrested Jeremy Jackson, 23. He is in jail awaiting an extradition hearing on multiple charges including: assault and battery first degree, leaving the scene of an accident, malicious damage to property and failure to stop for blue lights and siren.
