CHARLOTTE — A man pleaded guilty Monday morning to shooting five people on New Year’s Eve in 2023 at Romare Bearden Park in Uptown Charlotte.
Daevion Crawford was sentenced to 20-36 months in person and was given credit for the 350 days he already spent in jail.
He will have 36 months of probation and must complete a cognitive behavioral course.

He pleaded guilty to five counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
