ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — A Rowan County man is accused of kidnapping and raping a 63-year-old woman, authorities said.
Jody Hall was charged in the case.
Officials said Hall told them that while giving his friend's mother a ride to her car, he took her to a location on St. Peters Church Road in Salisbury where he sexually assaulted her.
Hall will be in court Thursday.
