CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Luxury apartments are coming to Sedgefield in south Charlotte.
Marsh Properties is planning to build a 263-unit luxury apartment community on Haverford Place next to the Harris Teeter.

The development is called the edge at Sedgefield and will be open by spring 2020.
