CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A local clothing company has made a big donation in memory of beloved sandwich shop owner Scott Brooks.
Scott Brooks was gunned down outside his family’s restaurant, Brooks’ Sandwich Shop, in NoDa in December. On Wednesday, sources confirmed to Channel 9 police arrested a man and have in custody.

Glory Days Apparel presented a check to the Brooks Family and Habitat for Humanity for $12,250.

They have been selling t-shirts with the phrase “Too Blessed to be Stressed," which was a favorite saying of Scott Brooks.
The money raised will be used to build affordable housing on 2-acres of land off WT Harris Boulevard that was donated by the Brooks Family.
