CHARLOTTE — After multiple successful runs in cooking-show competitions, local chef Chris Coleman ran out of luck. Coleman appeared in an episode of “Guy’s Grocery Games” that aired this week on Food Network, but he came up short of the top prize.
Contestants on the show demonstrate not just their cooking chops, but also quick-thinking and problem-solving skills as they shop for ingredients for the dishes they’ll be making.
