Local chef appears on Food Network’s ‘Beat Bobby Flay’

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Another Charlotte culinary star got a turn in the spotlight last night, with Executive Chef Sam Diminich of high-end seafood restaurant Upstream appearing on “Beat Bobby Flay.”

That Food Network program features pairs of chefs who compete against one another for the opportunity to challenge Bobby Flay himself.
