Lancaster woman charged with sex crimes against a minor, SLED says

LANCASTER, S.C. — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division announced multiple sex crime charges Monday against a Lancaster woman.

The accused crimes took place in 2017 and 2018, involving a minor.

Rollings Orrell, of Lancaster, has been charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor- second and three counts of incest.

Arrest warrants revealed sexual battery began in fall 2017 and went through at least August 2018.
