The nearly 6,300-square-foot home at 153 Sleepy Cove Trail hit the market yesterday. It’s in the Bay Crossing subdivision, on the northern portion of Lake Norman — about 33 miles north of Charlotte.

The home has four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. It features a modern design with a floating, three-story staircase, a lineal, industrial-style fireplace, white oak floors and steel beams extracted from a local cotton mill and installed on the ceiling in the basement, according to its listing details.
