ROCK HILL, S.C. — What was once a large, wooded plot of land off Interstate 77 in Rock Hill is quickly turning into a one-of-a-kind development for the Carolina Panthers.
Although there's been no official groundbreaking yet, the Panthers have done more than just clear some space for their new team headquarters and practice facility.

Construction is very obvious along Eden Terrace at I-77 and down off Mount Gallant Road. The city has also approved the names of several streets in the new complex, including Tepper Way, One Carolina Drive and Keep Pounding Way, among others.
City officials said COVID-19 delayed construction, negotiation and political approval for the site, but they expect an official groundbreaking celebration sometime this fall.
