KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — On Tuesday night, you can now report crimes in Kannapolis online.
The police department added the tool on Monday.
Once you file the report electronically, the agency will assign an officer to investigate it.
If you want to report a crime, you must be able to provide an email address.
Kannapolis police do not want you to use the site for emergencies.
