‘Just want her home’: Family concerned after Charlotte woman disappears

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A family is hurting after a Charlotte woman went missing months ago.

They haven’t heard from 37-year-old Angela Easterling since November but are holding out hope as police continue to investigate what happened to her.

“We just want her home. We just want a phone call just to say, ‘Mom I’m OK,’” her mother Janice Easterling said.

Her family said part of the reason they are concerned is she was a good parent, and she has not been in contact with her 14-year-old daughter at all. Also, she never cashed the last paycheck she got from her job.

Angela was last seen at the Walmart on Independence Boulevard on Nov. 5.

“Every night, I pray for her. I pray that God continues to keep his angels around her cause there is so much going on in the world now, sex trafficking, all kinds of things like that,” Janice said.

Easter is a time when families get together, and the disappearance makes this an especially difficult holiday for the family.

Anyone who may have seen Angela is asked to call the police.
