Ever Andalo (Melissa Key)

CHARLOTTE — It’s down to the finishing touches at Ever Andalo.

The higher-end Italian concept is set to open on March 3 at 3116 N. Davidson St. — formerly home to Crepe Cellar.

Restaurateurs Jeff Tonidandel and Jamie Brown made the tough call to replace that eatery — their first-ever venture — after 13 years in favor of a new concept.

Expect Ever Andalo to offer casual fine dining with everything from house-made pastas and sauces to antipastis on the menu.
