CHARLOTTE, N.C. — This five-story building will take restaurants and bars vertical in uptown Charlotte next year.

The 13,000-square-foot Binaco Tower will be home to five new concepts.
“We just ran out of room. There’s a demand for more bars and restaurants as the city grows,” says Vijay Bhojwani, president of Binaco.
That family-owned real estate development and management company is behind the project, which is tucked between the Hearst Tower and Connolly’s Irish Pub.
